GROUP RATES ARE AVAILABLE Once
you have clicked on a button, check the number of persons in each rate category
to be sure that you have your cart set correctly for your party. Make
modifications to the numbers as necessary and use the "UPDATE" button
to make your cart reflect your intended payment before checking out.
$12 each - 12 to 17 years old
$5 each - 6 to 11 years old
under 6 is free Rates do not include
7.9375% tax for Santa Fe. So, that amount needs to be added to the numbers shown
above. Online payments processed via Paypal will have tax added
automatically.
Cancellations and RefundsIn the event of a late cancellation or no-show on a night that has been scheduled, no refund will be granted. LEISURE CLIENTS: If a Leisure client cancellation is made with 10 days notice, full payment will be returned. For all Leisure client cancellations with less than 10 days notice, 50% of the total will be returned. For late cancellations occurring 48 hours or less before a tour start time, no refund will be granted. GROUPS: Group cancellations with less than
30 days notice forfeit the $100 deposit. WEATHER CHALLENGES: I work diligently to determine if a guided night sky tour is possible when there are unfavorable or questionable weather conditions. If necessary, I usually make a call 90 minutes before the scheduled start time to cancel or reschedule. If you do not hear from me, please expect the Astronomy Adventure to be ‘ON’ as planned. Northern New Mexico, with its mountainous terrain, provides a good example of what scientists and meteorologists call ‘micro-climates’. Don’t get psyched-out – if the sky appears cloudy or overcast above Santa Fe, please do not assume the same is true for the dark sky site. If a guided night sky tour is not possible due to inclement weather or complete overcast, I will attempt to reschedule the tour for the next possible date. If a rescheduled tour is not possible, then all funds will be returned. When a group or leisure client preemptively cancels before I can make a careful determination about weather, such cases will be handled as a no-show and no refunds will be granted.Did you read the Frequently Asked Questions page, yet?
